The location was quite good, close to various attractions.

The shower setup was not ideal. It lacked a proper door. This resulted in water spilling all over the bathroom floor. The water temperature also wasn't hot enough.

I was quite disappointed with a few things. the pump dispensers in the shower were not working well. I had to struggle during my shower, and i expect more from a hotel. also, there was only one tea bag provided in the room. this was inadequate and seemed a bit stingy.

my room had a view. plugs and usb chargers were next to the bed which i found useful. brunch in the restaurant is good with choice including a fresh pancake machine.

The shower soaps were not working properly. A new system need installation.

The king guest room featured perfect usb chargers. I MUST mention the coffee machine and fridge provided additional convenience. The breakfast had SO much choice, including a fresh pancake machine!

The room lacked instant coffee. Only one tea bag each day seemed INADEQUATE. More awareness is needed in the restaurant .

The breakfast had custom eggs made to order. It provided an abundance of selection and high-quality ingredients. There was always plenty on offer.

The front desk team provided assistance with early check-in. Housekeeping ensured the room was super clean daily. The staff addressed all concerns efficiently, and handled everything very quickly.
